Every Deskrove order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Free for chairs and peripherals, £45 for desks. Here's how it works.

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. Not happy with the feel of the oak finish? Chair doesn't fit your back? Changed your mind? Send it back.

  • Peripherals — full refund, free return postage
  • Chairs — full refund, free return collection
  • Desks — full refund minus £45 return collection (two-person freight)
  • Custom finishes — still returnable, same terms
Reserved but haven't received yet? Cancel any time before dispatch — zero charge.

How to return something

Email returns@deskrove.co.uk with:

  • Your order ID (starts with DSK-)
  • Which item(s) you want to return
  • Brief reason (optional, helps us improve)

We'll email back within one working day with a prepaid returns label (peripherals/chairs) or book a collection (desks). 14 days to send back after reply.

What condition items need to be in

Reasonable. You're allowed to inspect it properly — sit in the chair, use the desk for a few days, try the keyboard.

What we can't refund:

  • Items with visible misuse damage
  • Peripherals with broken OEM seals (Apple, Sony, Bose policy)
  • Custom finishes arrived damaged — we'll repair/replace instead

Keep original packaging for 30 days. If gone, replacement packaging £15 for desk, £8 for chair.

How refunds work

  • Refund issued within 2 working days
  • Arrives in account within 5–10 working days (depends on bank)
  • Partial refunds only if items arrive back damaged — we'll email first

Arrived faulty or damaged

Different from returns. We fix it on our dime:

  • Photograph the damage before unpacking further
  • Email within 14 days with photos and order ID
  • Repair, replacement, or full refund — your choice

Your UK consumer rights

This policy exceeds UK law. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give a 14-day right to return online purchases; we extend to 30 days voluntarily. Consumer Rights Act 2015 also applies — refund within 30 days, repair/replace up to six years.
